Nestlé partners with bops to drive sales growth across major retailer accounts

One of Chile's most established food and beverage manufacturers just made it's bet on improving on-shelf availability, and the early results suggest the rest of the region should be paying attention.

Nestlé Chile, one of the country's leading food and beverage manufacturers, has chosen to partner with Bops, the leader in End-to-End On-Shelf Availability Orchestration, to improve shelf performance and drive sales across its major retailer accounts.

The initiative reflects Nestlé Chile's continued investment in on-shelf availability with AI agents as a customer supply chain priority. While the team had established strong visibility into what was happening at the shelf, they identified an opportunity to accelerate the use of those insights for coordinated action across teams, and with retailer counterparts. Bops was selected to enable its OSA AI capabilities to help close that gap, surfacing the right priorities and recommending the best actions to drive sales.

Since launch, the partnership has driven progress on Nestlé Chile’s key metrics, giving teams a unified view of shelf performance and enabling more structured, proactive collaboration with retailer counterparts.

"On-shelf availability is a very important driver of consumer experience and customer supply chain performance for us," said Alesia Castillo, Customer Solutions Lead, Nestlé Chile. "Our teams have always set a high bar for how we serve our retailer partners, and Bops is helping us raise it further, enabling a pace of innovation that we are proud of."

"Nestlé Chile's commitment to on-shelf availability as a supply chain priority sets a strong example for the region, and we are excited to support that investment," said Jorge Risquez, CEO of Bops.
